Jennifer D. Luther is an author and master trainer of best practices in corrections. She has extensive experience designing and implementing these approaches in jurisdictions across the US. Serving in the field of corrections for over twenty years has afforded her the opportunity to explore the components of implementation throughout the continuum of criminal justice care. She has focused her work on the principle of Responsivity related to effective intervention on an individual and systems level and has published several articles on this topic. She has been an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers since 2007. Currently, she is the Senior Director of Programs for Management and Training Corporation- Corrections, directing the national and international application of rehabilitative efforts. Ms. Luther is passionate about our collective ability to facilitate pro-social change.
Alisa Malone is the Partnerships Director at MTC. In her current role, she communicates and advocates for MTC priorities to governmental officials, local and national organizations and other government entities on key legislative issues. In addition, she assists in nurturing existing business relationships and identifying new opportunities. Alisa has over 20 years of professional experience in public, private and non-profit sectors utilizing innovative methods for organizational management. More specifically, she has several years of experience strategically advancing innovative solutions for the secure delivery of digital educational and rehabilitation services within correctional facilities via the use of wireless tablet technology and Leaning Management Systems. Therefore, she also serves as an advisor to the Senior Director of Programs at MTC as she and her team explore wireless technology solutions for education and rehabilitation services.
